RefWorks Administrators have a variety of tools available to them – from the ability to customize various features within the service, to viewing usage statistics and managing accounts – all available from the Administrator Tool.

RefWorks also offers Administrator Central – a secure location which provides training and marketing materials to assist you in developing user outreach initiatives. The ability to register for the RefWorks listserv can also be found here.
