RefWorks provides Administrators with online tools, customized
training and access to technical support so that they can provide
their users with the best experiences for their organization.
Some of the tools we provide to our Administrators are:
- Administrator Tutorial – demonstrates
how to use our Administrator Tool to customize and manage their
Organization’s RefWorks subscription
- Online help – written documentation on
using RefWorks and the RefWorks Administrator Tool.
- Administrator Central – a place to find
materials for training, marketing, customizing and managing RefWorks.
- Administrator Training – in person or
via web-conference to suit your schedule and needs.
